Five checkpoints on every deal.
Onboarding & KYC
Identity verification (Emirates ID / passport), proof of address, and KYB for companies including ultimate beneficial owners.
Screening
Sanctions (UN, UAE Local Terrorist List, OFAC, EU, UK), PEP and adverse-media checks, plus on-chain wallet risk analysis.
Asset review
Provenance, IP rights, contract verification and suitability check before any NFT is offered to a client.
Settlement
Settlement through regulated channels; Travel Rule information is exchanged where required. Source of funds verified.
Records & monitoring
Records retained for a minimum of five years; ongoing transaction monitoring and STR filing via goAML when required.
